Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh broccoli, trimmed into florets
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli until tender, about 4-6 minutes.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Toss the steamed broccoli in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a nuttier flavor, consider roasting the broccoli instead of steaming. Serve it with grilled chicken or pasta for a perfect meal.
