Description
Tender chicken breasts coated in creamy parmesan-ranch dressing and topped with a crunchy panko breadcrumb crust.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup creamy parmesan-ranch dressing
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mix the creamy parmesan-ranch dressing with half of the parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, remaining parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
- Press the panko mixture onto the top of the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Consider adding herbs for additional flavor.
