Description

Tender chicken breasts coated in creamy parmesan-ranch dressing and topped with a crunchy panko breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup creamy parmesan-ranch dressing
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix the creamy parmesan-ranch dressing with half of the parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, remaining parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
  6. Press the panko mixture onto the top of the chicken.
  7. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Consider adding herbs for additional flavor.
