Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Drizzle olive oil into the breadcrumb mixture, stirring until it resembles wet sand.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mixture until fully coated, pressing down to ensure adherence.
- Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
