Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the casserole dish with olive oil to avoid sticking.
- Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, sliced zucchinis, diced onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese, covering the mixture generously.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
