Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 broccoli crowns, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chopped chicken pieces with creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the skillet and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Incorporate the chopped broccoli and grape tomatoes into the skillet.
  5. Add the crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, and sun-dried tomatoes for an Italian touch.
  6. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for about another 10 minutes.
