Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cup (480 ml) s water
- 2 cup (480 ml) s instant white rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce (305 g)) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce (305 g)) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce (305 g)) can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 5 cup (120 ml) butter, sliced into pats
Instructions
- Collect all necessary components. Set the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for preheating. Coat the bottom and sides of a casserole dish with grease.
- Combine the cubed chicken, water, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup in the greased casserole dish; add salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Distribute the butter slices evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Place in the preheated oven and cook until the rice is soft and the chicken is thoroughly done, for about 60 to 75 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy your meal!
