Ingredients
- – 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
- – 2 tbsp (30 ml) real maple syrup
- – 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- – 2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
- – 1 clove garlic
- – 1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) dried rosemary or fresh
- – 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1.04 kg)
Instructions
- Set the oven to 375°F to preheat. Combine the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, and soy sauce in a small mixing bowl. Finely chop the garlic and rosemary, then mix them into the sauce.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, ensuring they are close together but not stacked. Pour the sauce over the thighs and spread it evenly so they’re fully coated.
- Cook the chicken in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until they are done and the sauce is bubbling. Baste the chicken with some of the sauce, return the dish to the oven, and change the setting to broil. Broil for around 5 minutes or until the tops are a nice golden brown. Keep a close eye on it while broiling, as broiler strengths can differ.
