Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brown the chicken on both sides, then remove from the pot.
- In the same pot, add chicken broth, pasta, cherry tomatoes, and cream. Stir until combined.
- Return the chicken to the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
