Description

A comforting bowl of Marry Me Chicken Pasta combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta to create a memorable meal full of warmth and love.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing it with the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use high-quality Parmesan cheese for the best flavor. Feel free to customize with additional vegetables or protein options. Prep ingredients ahead of time for a smoother cooking process.
