Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish infused with tender chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for romantic dinners or family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, combining well.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
