  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (room temperature)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded, divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
