Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until mixed smoothly.
- In a large bowl, add cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, and feta cheese.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and veggies. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken mixture in the center of each wrap.
- Fold the wrap from the sides over the filling and roll from the bottom up, ensuring the filling stays enclosed.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
