Description

A quick and nutritious meal featuring grilled chicken with vibrant veggies wrapped in whole wheat tortillas and a zesty yogurt sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until mixed smoothly.
  2. In a large bowl, add cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, and feta cheese.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and veggies. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken mixture in the center of each wrap.
  5. Fold the wrap from the sides over the filling and roll from the bottom up, ensuring the filling stays enclosed.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
