Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine sliced chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
