Description

A flavorful and aromatic grilled chicken dish infused with Mediterranean spices and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (2 lbs total)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 large garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to season


Instructions

  1. In a large plastic food storage bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, paprika, and oregano. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Make small slices on each chicken breast or pierce them with a fork. Generously season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the plastic bag with the marinade. Seal the bag and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes or up to two days.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove chicken from the bag and discard excess marinade. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Notes

For best results, let the chicken marinate longer. Use high-quality olive oil and avoid crowding the grill.
