Delicious cheesy chicken rolls made with crescent dough and customizable fillings, perfect for a quick comfort meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use leftover or rotisserie chicken to save time. Experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
