- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
