Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
