Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
