Description

This melt-in-your-mouth garlic Parmesan chicken meatloaf combines lean ground chicken with rich flavors of Parmesan and garlic for a comforting and gourmet dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until well incorporated.
