Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup queso cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and diced bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  4. Add the rice and taco seasoning, stirring to combine.
