Ingredients
- 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine the chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup in a mixing bowl. Blend until fully combined and creamy.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole bubbles.
