Description

Delicious mini baked chicken tacos with seasoned ground chicken, crispy shells, and fresh toppings. Perfect for gatherings and easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stir, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Place mini taco shells on a baking tray.
  5. Fill each shell with the cooked chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each taco.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the shells are crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, top with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro before serving.
