  • Beef paste – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams)
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
  • Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams)
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
  • Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
  • Ginger, freshly grated – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
  • Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1 gram)
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine miso paste, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and olive oil.
