- Beef paste – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams)
- Honey – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
- Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams)
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Ginger, freshly grated – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
- Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1 gram)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine miso paste, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Add salt and black pepper to the marinade and mix well.
- Place the chicken pieces into the marinade and ensure they are well-coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the skewers from the grill once the chicken is cooked through.
