- 4 salmon fillets

- 3 tablespoons maple syrup

- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
- Whisk together the miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the miso-maple mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
