Description

A comforting and flavorful dish made with chicken breasts, ranch dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, and pepperoncini peppers, all slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup of butter (one stick)
  • 5-6 pepperoncini peppers (whole)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Add butter on top and place the pepperoncini peppers around.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with forks and mix it with the sauce before serving.

Notes

For best results, stick to cooking on low for tender chicken. You can add carrots or potatoes for a heartier one-pot meal.
