Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet Au jus gravy mix
- ½ cup Butter
- ½ cup Pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add the butter and place the pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
- Serve the shredded chicken with the sauce over rice or on a sandwich.
Notes
For added flavor, consider browning the chicken before slow cooking. Adjust pepperoncini according to spice preference.
