Description

A simple yet flavorful dish with tender chicken cooked in ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • Pepperoncinis (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the stick of butter on top.
  4. Add pepperoncinis on top of the butter (as many as you like).
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. After cooking, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
  7. Serve on rolls or over rice.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight in ranch dressing mix. Serve with sides like coleslaw or pickles for a complete meal.
