A creamy and delicious casserole combining spaghetti, shredded chicken, and Monterey Jack cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added texture, consider sprinkling breadcrumbs or additional cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
