Description

A creamy and delicious casserole combining spaghetti, shredded chicken, and Monterey Jack cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well until everything is combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with sliced green onions on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added texture, consider sprinkling breadcrumbs or additional cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
