Description

A creamy and comforting dish that combines shredded chicken, cheese, and pasta for a hearty family meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of spaghetti
  • 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: Chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, drain it, and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before serving, and optionally garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For quicker preparation, use store-bought rotisserie chicken. Pair with crusty bread or garlic knots for an inviting meal.
