Description

A delightful blend of tender chicken and mixed vegetables wrapped in soft pancakes, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, cabbage)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8-10 soft pancakes (or tortillas)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced chicken, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until they are slightly tender.
  4. Pour in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, tossing everything to coat and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the Moo Shu Chicken wrapped in soft pancakes, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables to enhance visual appeal and flavor. Adjust the sauce to your taste preference with additional hoisin or soy sauce.
