Description

A flavorful and comforting one-dish meal that combines chicken, creamy soups, and rice for an effortless and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless (skinless) chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups regular white rice (uncooked)
  • 1 package onion soup mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly spray a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and regular white rice into the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top of the mixture and whisk well until thoroughly combined.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
  7. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.

Notes

You can use different cuts of chicken if preferred, and feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition. Let the dish rest for a few minutes after baking before serving.
