A flavorful and comforting one-dish meal that combines chicken, creamy soups, and rice for an effortless and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless (skinless) chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups regular white rice (uncooked)
- 1 package onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- Lightly spray a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and regular white rice into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top of the mixture and whisk well until thoroughly combined.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Notes
You can use different cuts of chicken if preferred, and feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition. Let the dish rest for a few minutes after baking before serving.
