Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 ½ tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- ½ tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

- Trim off any hanging skin and excess fat from the chicken thighs. Transfer them to a separate bowl.
- Add the marinade to the chicken thighs and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side down. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish, carefully flip the chicken thighs, and return them to the oven. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer the cooked chicken thighs to a serving plate and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For intense flavor, marinate your chicken for a few hours or overnight. You can also use an air fryer for a crispy finish.
