Description

Juicy and tender chicken thighs seasoned with Old Bay, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the avocado oil, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, onion powder, garlic paste, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Trim off any hanging skin and excess fat from the chicken thighs. Transfer them to a separate bowl.
  3. Add the marinade to the chicken thighs and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side down. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish, carefully flip the chicken thighs, and return them to the oven. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Transfer the cooked chicken thighs to a serving plate and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For intense flavor, marinate your chicken for a few hours or overnight. You can also use an air fryer for a crispy finish.
