Description

A simple yet delicious one-pan meal featuring tender chicken breasts and vibrant zucchini, infused with garlic, onion, and paprika.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle any remaining olive oil mixture over the zucchini.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the zucchini is tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure chicken breasts are of similar thickness and rest the chicken for a few minutes after baking.
