A simple yet delicious one-pan meal featuring tender chicken breasts and vibrant zucchini, infused with garlic, onion, and paprika.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Add the sliced zucchini around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle any remaining olive oil mixture over the zucchini.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the zucchini is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, ensure chicken breasts are of similar thickness and rest the chicken for a few minutes after baking.
