Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then brown them on all sides.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, and sauté until tender.
