Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spray a large baking dish with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme. Rub this mixture over each chicken thigh.
- Coat each thigh in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Arrange the thighs skin-side up in the baking dish, ensuring they are spaced out.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
