Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In another bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mayo mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken in the mayo mixture for a few hours or overnight. Use fresh Parmesan for maximum flavor.
