Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated vegetarian-friendly cheese
  • 4 (140 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs


Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items.
  2. Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise and vegetarian-friendly cheese in a bowl, stirring until fully blended.
  4. Place the chicken pieces on the lined baking tray. Coat the top of the chicken with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
