Description

A delightful pasta dish that transforms ordinary evenings into something special with its creamy parmesan sauce and tender chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Let the chicken rest after cooking for juicier slices. Adjust cream sauce with reserved pasta water if necessary.
