Description

A delicious Pesto Chicken Bake with tender chicken breasts, basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, and bubbling mozzarella cheese. Perfect for family gatherings or a simple weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the chicken.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the pesto.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and tomatoes.
