Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cubed
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned in juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cubed chicken and lightly brown it on all sides.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, cornstarch, and a splash of water.
