Description

Juicy, crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory pineapple-teriyaki glaze, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, and let cool slightly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

Allow wings to marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. If not crispy, broil for a few minutes at the end.
