Juicy, crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory pineapple-teriyaki glaze, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
Allow wings to marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. If not crispy, broil for a few minutes at the end.
