Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
