Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1 tbsp green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy.
- For a thicker glaze, bring the remaining marinade to a boil, mix in cornstarch, and cook until it thickens.
- Toss the baked wings in the glaze before serving.
- Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
