Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and let them soak for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. For a thicker glaze, boil the remaining marinade with cornstarch until it thickens, then toss the baked wings in the glaze.
