Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
  3. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic until soft.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  5. Add the cooked shredded chicken to the skillet, followed by the creamy sauce mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  7. Fold in the diced tomatoes with green chilies into the sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
