Ingredients
- 10 slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- 20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Toothpicks or mini skewers
Instructions
- Lay the prosciutto strips on a clean surface.
- Layer each slice with a fresh basil leaf and a mozzarella ball at one end.
- Roll tightly into snug little wraps.
- Skewer with a toothpick diagonally for presentation and to hold the wrap together.
