Description

A juicy and flavorful ground chicken burger, infused with garlic and lemon, that’s easy to prepare and perfect for any day of the week.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs Ground Chicken
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Grill Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Burger Buns


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with minced garlic.
  2. Add grill seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  3. Blend everything until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into four patties, keeping them approximately 1/2-inch thick.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil once warmed.
  6. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
  7. Toast the burger buns in a separate pan or toaster.
  8. Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
