A juicy and flavorful ground chicken burger, infused with garlic and lemon, that’s easy to prepare and perfect for any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs Ground Chicken
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Grill Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 Burger Buns
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with minced garlic.
- Add grill seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Blend everything until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into four patties, keeping them approximately 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil once warmed.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
- Toast the burger buns in a separate pan or toaster.
- Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
Experiment with different toppings and grill seasoning for added flavor. Make patties in advance for quick cooking later.
