Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) loosely packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half, discarding the seeds and pulp. Coat the inner surface with vegetable oil and scatter the brown sugar over it. Place it on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven until it becomes soft, approximately 30 minutes. Take it out, cut each half into three pieces, and enjoy.
