Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and season it with salt, pepper, and balsamic glaze.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts around the chicken in the pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally.
