Description

A wholesome and colorful sheet pan dinner featuring chicken sausage and a variety of roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken sausage
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through, stirring halfway.
