  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the whole chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the chicken, then season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
