A quick and comforting pasta dish featuring shredded rotisserie chicken, fresh broccoli, and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 oz pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
